We visited NOLA and had these cookies on a walking tour, I fell in love with them. I ordered several tubes when I got home and the store delivered with no problem. These cookies are light and lightly sweet with the praline center, and just the right crunch.

My husband and I were on a walking tour and did not want to have bags in our hands so we were going to buy them at the end of the tour, they were gone by the time we were done.

We recently went on a walking food tour in the French Quarter. These delightful cookies were part of the tour. We went back to purchase all the cookie tins they had in stock to take back home to our family and friends. What a delicious treat that reminds us of our trip to NOLA!
